Wood-plastic, as the name suggests, is a composite product of wood powder and plastic. The wood plastic machine uses a mixture of wood powder, plastic, and filling additives to form an extrusion molding.Wood plastic machine adopts a special designed screw & barrel, mold, and extruder for wood plastic productions.The WPC products can be produced by a two-step extrusion machine or pelletize first then through the extrusion machine. It will save power and place and has some features of high output, stable extrusion pressure, high plasticity, and good mixing.Optimized screw design has small cutting strength, and it is not easy to cut wood fiber. The material will be uniformly in the extruder.This extrusion line can produce PE, PP or PVC WPC profile productions.
